Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1-2 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after the order is placed. Please note that the processing time for large quantities may take longer than usual.
DHL standard shipping 2-4 working days
Shipping costs are free for all orders over €50. For orders under 50€ the cost for standard shipping is 4,99€ and within the EU 9,99€.
If you receive a damaged item or your order is lost in transit, please contact us. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, including a refund or replacement.
Please note that customers outside the EU may be responsible for paying any customs or import taxes that may be levied on international orders.
